Public city transport
Public transport ticket must be purchased prior of entering bus or tram. Ticket saling machines are on most bus stops.

Take off at stop "Botanická záhrada" (Botanic garden)
- there is passenger bridge above tram and buss stops, walk to side of botanic garden (south end, oriented more downhill)
- there will be OMV petrol station on your right, botanic garden on your left, keep walking across parking towards "Botanicka zahrada" entry sign,
- just front of gate to botanic garden there is downhill road, keep walking this way (grey fence on your left)
- after about 200 metres enter the blue gate and walk few more metres to say "Hi I'm here ;)"

we like nice things and we are ready to share them with you. It is important you and all others after you feel good here.

No smoking
All property and nearest surrounding is non smoking. Smoking is prohibited at rooms and balcony too.

For smokers we have nice outdoor area ;)

General conditions for accomodation and services in Paddler Hostel**

Operation of hostel and conditions not described here are subject of applicable law valid in Slovakia.

Accomodation standard: Hostel**

Customer is physical or juridical person who is placing reservation and order of accomodation or services or goods for self or for third party guest.

Guest is physical person or group of physical persons using accomodation, services of goods.

Accomodation
1 x hostel standard dorm 8-beds, with WC and shower
10 x double private rooms with WC and shower, it is possible to join 2 rooms into 1 suite.

Booking
Booking and orders are accepted via email, phone or the way described further at webpage hostel.paddler.sk
Booking is proforma order and it can be let open for necessary time period needed for confirmation, change or cancellation. Booking is not binding.

Order confirmation
Hostel is authorized to request proforma payment or deposit advance payment prior to order confirmation. Contract is valid after order confirmation from hostel or after proforma or deposit advance payment reaches cash or bank account of hostel within time.
Hostel is obligated to keep the rooms reserved by the customer available and to render the agreed services. The customer or guest is obligated to pay the applicable or agreed prices for rooms provided and for other services used.

Cancellation
Cancellation by the customer of the contract concluded with the hostel requires the operator’s written consent. If such is not given, then the 90% of price agreed in the contract must be paid even if the customer or guest does not avail himself of the contractual services. Cancellation must be written and confirmed latest 1 day prior to reserved services. If rooms are not used by the customer or guest, the hostel must apply credit for the income from renting the rooms to other parties and also for saved expenses.

Forfeiture
Not cancelled unused services or accomodation will forfeiture in advance of hostel.

Agency
In case your reservation is made via agency, we accept agency as customer and you as guest. Agency is responsibile for valid order. Hostel is not taking responsibility for agency failure.

Check in
Accomodation check in is possible from 14:00 untill 22:00 at the date. Check in is possible also in agreed time even prior the date or hour.

Check out
Check out time is latest by 11:00 at the date. Check out overdue is charged with 50% of regular accomodation price if left by 15:00.

Accomodation and services ban
Hostel can ban guest's rights to use accomodation or services in case, guest harms the property or equipment, or user makes illegal manipulation (electrics, fire or else), or user violate the rules or law.
Hostel can restrict access to property, or to personal things or valuables of the guest especially when there is probable suspicion for ban of damage refund.

Night idle
22:00 - 6:00 accomodation part should be quiet.

Claims
We accept Check in claims within 30 minutes. All other claims should be addressed as soon as possible to reception.

Resposibility
Hostel is taking several actions leading to safety of guests. Hostel is not taking any responsibilty for looses and damages related more or less to accomodation or services such as valuables. Guest is responsibile for own valuables and things as well as for cars and things in it.
Guest is responsibile for any damage on hostel property made by missuse, abuse, mean or accidental. For leagally iresponsibile persons is responsibilty taken by parent or customer.

Payment conditions
Payment for accomodation and services can be made in cash or vire transfer. Accomodation should be payed 100% in advance, latest by check in.

Privacy statement
We confirm, that any personal data are used only for legal purpose within law regulations.
In property and surroundings there can be installed watching system, electronic safety or alarm. System can be recording pictures or other safety data.

Littering
Littering is prohibited, garbage cans usage is mandatory. WC littering is prohibited too. Cigarette stub is littering too.

At Hostel it is available 10 double rooms with possibility to connect them into suite with 4 beds in total. Each pair of doubles share one bathroom with toilet and shower. Free WiFi or cable internet is as standard.

Thank you all who support us to keep Paddler Club & Cafe a Paddler Hostel** smoking free. Smoking is prohibited in all building, rooms, balcony, cafe, terraces...

Parking and transport
Free parking four our guests direcly next to Paddler Hostel**. It is possible to park bus too.
Up on agreement we are able to serve with car, van, or bus, f.ex. airport shuttle, river shore shuttle or so. Boat transport is possible too.

What we don't have jet?
Please feel free to comment our quality or missing services, your ideas may'd help us to be better.
At this moment we are not ready to think about TV or radio on the room. We believe, that the nature around is the target and we are trying to make live culture at Paddler Club & Cafe.
